Global companies such as Brose, which employs 30,000 people across 25 sites, also rely on smart processes in their HR departments. It is no longer enough to just digitalize individual process steps – we have to look at the human resources department as a whole, with the aim of standardizing and automating processes wherever possible. This applies above all to recurring and administrative processes. The more streamlined, consistent, and automated these processes can be, the more added value an HR team can create. Optimized interfaces to other departments and sites can greatly facilitate collaboration, reduce costs and, at best, increase employee experience and HR service quality.
In order to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world of work and to improve its competitive edge, Brose Fahrzeugteile opted for a comprehensive digitalization strategy for its human resources processes. Together with MHP, it is working to digitally link all sites to a new HR operational model and to develop a global job architecture by 2023. Brose and MHP will be using the cloud solution SAP SuccessFactors to complete this transformation of their HR system architecture. The individual SAP SuccessFactors modules will be implemented step-by-step.
