We are transforming ourselves into a company that aligns with the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement by having our employees develop sustainable, innovative, and digital solutions for our customers.

Decarbonization & Resource Efficiency
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. With our decarbonization and resource efficiency initiatives, we are making an active contribution to climate protection and the conservation of valuable resources.
Our goal is to use our climate and environmental management to reduce our impact in a targeted manner and to embed sustainable solutions in our business processes.
To reduce our emissions intensity, we have adopted a Decarbonization Roadmap 2030. Our focus here is on switching to sustainable mobility alternatives and thereby decarbonizing our business travel.

Consulting in Sustainability
As a leading management and IT consultancy, we combine data intelligence with sustainable innovation.
Our portfolio focuses on the future-oriented topic of sustainability – with a clear goal: to drive forward the digital and sustainable transformation of our clients. Our consulting areas at a glance:
- Data & AI: Development of powerful data platforms and intelligent analyses to optimize sustainability strategies.
- ESG platforms: Development of synergistic data models for comprehensive sustainability compliance and transparent reporting.

- Carbon management: Designing holistic CO₂ strategies, implementing digital control systems, and developing effective carbon footprint tools.
- Processes & organization: Implementing management systems (e.g., ISO 14001/50001) and operationalizing strategies and processes within the organization.

People & Diversity
For us, diversity is not a nice-to-have, but a strategic competitive advantage and a central part of our culture. Our understanding of diversity is based on the targeted promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) through concrete initiatives and networks.
The focus is on fairness, inclusion, and belonging—because only diverse teams and an inclusive work culture can create innovative, sustainable solutions. To this end, we offer flexible working models, invest in development and training, and cultivate strong partnerships. A visible sign of our commitment is the signing of the “Diversity Charter” and mandatory training on unconscious bias.

Partner of Society
MHP sees itself as a responsible member and partner of society. As a partner and sponsor of selected projects and teams, such as the MHP Arena Ludwigsburg and MHP Arena Stuttgart, we consciously focus on our local communities.
Our goal is to assume social responsibility and create sustainable value.
As part of our MHP donations, we have been supporting selected organizations and projects at our locations every year since 2002 in the areas of social affairs, children and young people, mobility and road safety, culture, and environmental protection and nature conservation.

Governance & Transparency
We see responsible corporate governance as a cornerstone of our activities. Clear structures and ethical guidelines enable us to lay the foundations for sustainable corporate success. As a member of the UN Global Compact, we are committed to its ten principles.
Our Code of Conduct defines binding standards for all employees and summarizes the key expectations for lawful and ethical conduct in our group-wide principles of conduct.
We also expect our business partners to adhere to these fundamental ethical values. An established complaints procedure is in place for concerns relating to human rights and the environment.
