For us, sustainability means striking a balance between social, ecological, and economic dimensions. Only by harmonizing these three areas can MHP achieve long-term success while acting responsibly.

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Within our focus area Decarbonization & Resource Efficiency, we bring together all of our climate and environmental management initiatives.

For us, diversity is not a nice-to-have, but a strategic competitive advantage and a core part of our culture. Our approach to diversity is grounded in the targeted promotion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) through tangible initiatives and networks.

We focus on equity, inclusion, and belonging, because only diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture drive truly innovative, sustainable solutions. To support this, we offer flexible work models, invest in development and continuous learning, and foster strong partnerships. A clear testament to our commitment is having signed the "Charta der Vielfalt" (Diversity Charter), alongside implementing mandatory unconscious bias training.

MHP sees itself as a responsible member of and partner to society. As a partner and sponsor of selected projects and teams, such as the MHP Arena Ludwigsburg and MHP Arena Stuttgart, we place a deliberate focus on our local communities. Our goal is to embrace social responsibility and create lasting value.

Through our MHP donations initiative, we have been supporting selected organizations and projects across our office locations every year since 2002, focusing on social causes, children and youth, mobility and road safety, and culture.

We view responsible corporate governance as the cornerstone of everything we do, underpinned by clear structures and ethical guidelines.

Our Code of Conduct sets binding standards for all employees, outlining group-wide principles and key expectations for lawful, ethical conduct.

We expect our business partners to uphold these same ethical values. An established complaints procedure is in place for concerns relating to human rights and the environment.
