Ludwigsburg – The experienced consultant for supply chain management and management excellence has been part of the MHP circle of partners since 1 July 2023. And there’s plenty to do – in China, too – because Yin Dai will be supporting MHP's future involvement in the world's second largest economy, especially in one particular field: "In my new role, I want to deal with topics relating to new mobility – especially e-mobility and autonomous driving, the two main drivers of change in the Chinese automotive industry," he says.
Over the past five years, his openness to new ideas and technologies as well as his sound management expertise has assisted a number of Chinese companies in their turnarounds to more efficiency and innovative strength. What’s his personal motivation for doing this? "I want to be there for my Chinese clients as a respectful advisor and I want to grow their business with a capable team," he explains. He also intends to approach the acquisition of new clients and the strategic development of MHP China with this mindset.
What he particularly appreciates about MHP is the effective combination of operations management and technology, the expertise in the automotive sector and the freedom granted to local management teams. "I’m optimistic about the future of MHP in China. We have sufficient automotive expertise to make a real impact – and good conditions for competing in the Chinese market," says Yin Dai.
