Ludwigsburg – The MHP circle of partners continues to grow: Since 1 July 2023, Tom Huber has been adding his long-standing experience in business enablement. He has been with MHP since 2014 and got to know MHP at that time through a joint project at Volkswagen. Describing the reasons for his move he says, "Right from the start, the chemistry and professionalism were there and at MHP, I saw far more opportunities to help shape things.”
Since then, he has helped shape a lot of things: In the past few years, the passionate racing cyclist has accompanied numerous companies in the digital transformation of their organisations and business processes. For him, this is an essential part: "Collaborative guidance of our clients and our employees forms the basis for every transformation project," explains Tom Huber.
As a partner, he brings his wide-ranging experience from a market and consulting perspective even more intensively to the accounting work. "My focus will be on Volkswagen in particular, in order to further expand the business there and successfully position MHP as a strategic SAP end-to-end partner," says the engineering graduate. What is it that drives him? For Huber, it’s the joy of proactively reacting to the constant changes and challenges in companies and offering answers. His "constant desire for improvement" definitely supports him in this. And, of course, his working environment.
