MHP's growth continues unchanged: In 2021, the management and IT consultancy generated a turnover of 600 million euros (International Financial Reporting Standards). This corresponds to an increase of 19.6 percent compared to the previous year. The number of employees has also grown. At the end of 2021, MHP employed 3,270 people (full-time equivalent) at 20 locations worldwide - 13.1 percent more than at the end of 2020.
In view of this development, MHP has further strengthened its management team as of July 1, 2022. Seven employees were appointed partners and two employees were appointed executive directors.

MHP is also pleased to welcome a new partner: Philip Vospeter was already at MHP between 2008 and 2012. After 10 years away from consulting - most recently in industry and as a managing director within the start-up scene - he is now strengthening the leadership team in consulting in the Customer Experience cluster as a partner.
