MHP Management- and IT-Beratung GmbH has been an official Scaled Agile Gold Partner since July 2022. With the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), Scaled Agile, Inc. has created the world’s leading scaling framework for promoting business agility and has helped many organizations address the major challenges of developing high-quality software and systems.
The partnership with Scaled Agile, Inc. marks another milestone in MHP’s consulting portfolio and demonstrates a high level of expertise in agile transformation. Together with Scaled Agile, Inc., we want to aid and support many other companies on this path in the future. In addition, we will cooperate even more intensively in the future to increase our expertise, to sharpen the quality of our consulting and to benefit from the advantages of the Scaled Agile partner network. A strong relationship with our partners is one of our most valuable assets.
“I am very happy to welcome MHP as a new Gold Partner in our partner network in the DACH region! As providers of SAFe, Scaled Agile and MHP complement each other as a leading mobility and manufacturing consulting firm. Together, we will actively shape the future of the agile world of work for our customers and their employees,” said Daniel Boudier, Regional Account Executive EMEA at Scaled Agile, Inc.
Katharina Vollus, Associated Partner at MHP emphasizes: “Excellence in developing new digital solutions cannot be achieved with the traditional working models from an economic world that existed over 100 years ago. To meet the challenges of our current environment, we need methods to address the complexity of digital transformation. Since 2018, we at MHP have been expanding our Agile Coaching expertise through the framework of Scaled Agile Inc., in particular to support our customers and their leadership in ensuring consistency from strategy to operational implementation. In particular, the integrated system demos and the focus on business agility are, I think, absolutely essential for success.”
“For almost two years, I have been supporting MHP in expanding its SAFe expertise, with a particular focus on the automotive industry, and helping our customers to orient themselves toward business agility and to continual development. In my role as chapter lead and OKR owner for SAFe training at MHP, I am particularly proud that with this partnership we have taken this important step forward to anchor our claim of “MHP Driven by Excellence” in the end-to-end transformation. Over the last two years we have been able to continue to expand our trainer team and build up a strong competence for SAFe training through the regular exchange of experiences between the trainers and retrospectively after each training session,” said Alena Keck, Senior Manager, senior manager at MHP.
About the Scaled Agile Framework
The Scaled Agile Framework was released in 2011 by Dean Leffingwell and Drew Jemilo to provide a scale for agile practices. The framework sets out a number of basic principles. The current version – SAFe 5.1 – defines seven core competencies: Lean-agile leadership, team and technical agility, agile product delivery, enterprise solution delivery, lean portfolio management, organizational agility, and continuous learning culture.
