Ludwigsburg – Under the guiding theme "Claim Your Ground. Lead Your Business.", the DSAG Annual Congress, taking place October 6 to 8 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, addresses a key question for organizations today: How can companies maintain direction and preserve their ability to act while navigating multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously?
The management and IT consultancy MHP addresses this challenge head-on. Under the motto "The New Industrial – Fast. Resilient. Sovereign.", MHP will showcase practical approaches to industrial transformation at this year's DSAG Annual Congress. At the center of its presence are two interactive showcases illustrating how organizations can establish end-to-end processes and build robust data foundations: "One Flow, No Friction." for the end-to-end integrated supply chain, and "One Truth, No Silos." for modern data-driven enterprise management.
Production, inventory management, and logistics systems are already closely interconnected in many industrial companies. Yet day-to-day operations often continue to suffer from process disruptions, delays, and information loss between individual process steps. Through its showcase "One Flow, No Friction. From ERP to Shop Floor.", the experts of MHP will demonstrate how organizations can leverage SAP ERP Cloud, SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to establish a seamless flow of information and materials from ERP systems to the shop floor across the entire value chain. The objective is to orchestrate processes consistently, increasing speed, transparency, and operational stability.
Thomas Baier, Associated Partner at MHP, explains: "Stable manufacturing processes and sustainable business practices go hand in hand. When material flows, data structures, and system controls are seamlessly integrated, as enabled by SAP solutions, companies can avoid delays and create true transparency. Through an integrated approach, they not only ensure smooth operations and reliable decision-making for business functions but also embed sustainability data directly into production processes. SAP Digital Manufacturing enables organizations to calculate, trace, and analyze product-related carbon footprints across the entire value chain."
Modern Data Architectures as the Foundation for Data-Driven Decisions
A second key focus area is data management. While organizations today have access to a wide range of data sources, analytics tools, and dashboards, they often lack a shared data context. The result is conflicting analyses and increasingly complex decision-making processes.
Through the showcase "One Truth, No Silos. From Raw Data to Real-Time Value.", MHP demonstrates how modern SAP-based data architectures can eliminate data silos. Built on SAP Business Data Cloud and integrated services such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Databricks, organizations can establish a consistent and reliable foundation for planning, management, and data-driven decision-making. Disparate data sources are harmonized, made available in real time, and directly integrated into business processes.
Frank Völlmecke, Partner at MHP, adds: "Companies can only manage parallel transformation initiatives successfully when processes, systems, and responsibilities work together seamlessly. Many organizations are currently faced with the challenge of executing multiple change programs simultaneously. The key is to connect these initiatives in ways that enable mutual reinforcement rather than creating friction. This requires clear priorities, aligned processes, and a shared understanding across organizational boundaries."
30 Years of SAP Expertise
The presence of MHP at the DSAG Annual Congress also marks a special milestone: in 2026, the company celebrates 30 years of SAP expertise. MHP combines this extensive experience with a clear focus on the future of industrial value creation and digital transformation.
Visitors to Booth E8 in Hall 2.1 will gain insights into concrete use cases and learn:
• how integrated SAP processes enable a seamless flow of information and materials from ERP systems to the shop floor,
• how a modern SAP Business Data Architecture consolidates distributed data sources into a reliable foundation for decision-making, and
• how companies can sustainably strengthen speed, resilience, and sovereignty through the effective interplay of processes, data, and technology.
With its two showcases, MHP brings "The New Industrial" to life, demonstrating what industrial transformation means in practice: rapidly deployable transformations, resilient processes, and informed decisions based on consistent, trusted data.
