Atlanta-based MHP Americas was recognized for the first time as one of "Atlanta's Best and Brightest Companies to work for 2021". The award is given every year to companies in Atlanta that stand out for their innovative HR management. And that's not so easy. After all, Atlanta, the capital of the US state of Georgia, is home to global companies such as the Coca-Cola Company, Delta Airlines and UPS. According to a recent ranking by Fortune magazine, 16 of the Fortune 500 companies have their headquarters in Atlanta. In addition, there are several branches of the 500 companies with the highest turnover in the United States.
In the award, MHP Americas scored above average in several categories: "Compensation, Benefits and HR Solutions", "Training and Development", "Diversity and Inclusion" and "Work-Life Balance". Tobias Hoffmeister, CEO of MHP Americas, Inc. said, "We at MHP Americas are incredibly proud of the award. Especially since the votes of our employees were the main deciding factor in the assessment."
And it's not just from an employer branding perspective that things are going well for MHP Americas. Its performance as a management and IT consultancy has also recently caused a stir. "At Zoox, an innovative manufacturer of autonomous vehicles based in California, we implemented a forward-looking MES project. As a result, we were selected from 400 applicants worldwide and are among the finalists of the SAP Innovation Awards," says Tobias Hoffmeister.
