John Eisenhauer expands MHP partner base

John Eisenhauer strengthens the management and IT consultancy MHP as a partner since October 1, 2025. He brings a unique combination of strategic vision, leadership skills, and expertise in the public sector and defense industry.

His career began with the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), where he gained valuable experience in problem-solving and teamwork over twelve years of service. He then transitioned into consulting at KPMG, leading projects in the public sector. His focus was on collaborating with federal agencies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes. Most recently, Eisenhauer served as a partner at a company where he played a key role in strengthening and advancing a resilient defense industry, building data-driven organizations, and promoting the support of critical infrastructure through innovative technologies.

In his new role at MHP, Eisenhauer is focused on the digital transformation of the defense industry and public institutions. His key initiatives include increasing production capacities, integrating fragmented data landscapes, and addressing the shortage of skilled workers with scalable, technology-based solutions. His goal is to position MHP as a global, reliable partner in defense and the public sector and to build a high-performing team that delivers measurable, sustainable results.
