Ludwigsburg – MHP is at the forefront of the transformation towards digital and sustainable supply chains, thanks also to Henning Hiebsch. He has been on board at MHP for 17 years now and has paved numerous paths to the future for clients and MHP itself in the fields of SAP, logistics, planning & operations. Henning Hiebsch mentions two milestones in particular. "Besides the first SAP S/4HANA transformation project for MHP in the role of project manager, I improved our product 'MHP FleetExecuter' with an multidisciplinary overarching team and launched it onto the market."
As Head of Connected Logistics, he is close to the task of supply chain development. Since 1 July 2023, the MHP circle of partners has also been able to benefit from Henning Hiebsch’s far-reaching expertise in digital supply chain solutions. "In my new role, I would like to establish the 'MHP FleetExecuter' more widely and thus generate additional consulting and operational business," says the family man. He and his team also have numerous ideas for further advancing shop floor automation. So, how can this be done even better in the future? "We have to bundle our resources and capacities and win over new employees. This way we can also serve large SAP projects as well as new automation demands from our customers and open up new subject areas," Henning Hiebsch firmly believes.
So after almost two decades at MHP, his enthusiasm remains undiminished. For him, that’s no great surprise: "MHP is my professional playground. Here I can develop new topics, make decisions on my own and help shape the path we take - MHP offers endless possibilities," he says.
