Ludwigsburg - MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH has achieved outstanding results in the "Top National Employers 2023" ranking by Focus Business together with research partner FactField: MHP took third place among a total of 89 consulting companies in the IT/IT category, and 25th place among all 1,000 companies evaluated in Germany.
The survey is based on more than 338,000 employee evaluations and existing online evaluations of more than 35,000 companies. The number of employee evaluations received and the evaluation average result in a score of between 100 and 200. MHP achieved a score of 184.80 based on these calculations.
Employees at MHP very satisfied
The excellent results in the Focus Business ranking show that employees are very satisfied with MHP as an employer, which is also repeatedly reflected in numerous other evaluations of various rankings.
At the beginning of the year, the management and IT consultancy was already ranked 19th out of 25 in the Glassdoor ranking, making it one of the best employers in Germany. Employees at MHP particularly value the development and creative opportunities, the team spirit and the work-life balance.
