Ludwigsburg – In recent years, MHP’s pioneering business services have inspired many customers to take advantage of sustainable outsourcing for their business processes. A decisive role in developing this future segment was played by Andreas Richter. In the future, he will be doing this for MHP with an even greater strategic focus, because, on 1 July 2023, Andreas Richter became the latest addition to MHP’s circle of partners.
Ten years ago, Andreas Richter became convinced of the prospects and creative opportunities at MHP and since then, he has made the most of them. Looking back he says: "For several years, I was able to help shape application management and accompany the beginnings of digital services." One milestone in this time is without doubt a shared service centre for a large corporate group. "We were able to prove that we can build up a 76 FTE-strong service and manage a complex transition in a very short time," says Richter.
After many successful projects, the way is now clear for more: "In scaling business services, we’re still at the beginning – we see great potential for recurring revenues here and are happy to be able to go full throttle for our clients in the future," says Andreas Richter. But what does he particularly appreciate about MHP? He sums it up like this: "There’s a constant core of values, as well as a good level of pragmatism and adaptability. MHP regularly reinvents itself around this core – there are no restrictions on thinking. For me, that's a really exciting combination."
