Users of digital products often tend towards operational blindness – After all, they themselves know precisely how their products function. However, the question as to which problems the users actually have frequently remains unanswered. This is often only noticed after the launch, which results in the need for costly adjustments. With the early recourse to user-centered design methods, the development costs can be reduced and the risk factors minimized.
Usability is an important quality feature that determines how easily a user interface can be used. The success of a good application is based on a clear and appealing user experience. This means a clearly defined user path that enables the user to satisfactorily achieve his targets.
In our MHPDeepDive "User Centered Design", we will show you how you can improve digital products by means of a positive user experience and ensure the long-term loyalty of your customers.
This MHPDeepDive will be concerned with the following themes, among others:
- Recognize and understand user requirements
- The difference between usability and user experience
- Design – a frequently misunderstood concept
- UX in daily life
- The procedure in the UCD Workshop
