Our experts Ken Großekatthöfer and Thorsten Schoone present a new process analysis option for the complaint process. As a basis, extended process steps of the MHP Add-on Complaint Management from the SAP ERP system were considered to ensure a comprehensive insight into the complaint handling. In this presentation, the structure of the analysis and the connection between Process Mining and Complaint Management will be presented. In addition, a live demo of the analysis will be shown.
