Automotive Forum Zwickau 2025

On October 21 and 22, 2025, the Automotive Forum Zwickau will take place – a cross-industry automotive congress under the motto “The Future is Mobile! Shaping the Industry Together!”, which sets important impulses, highlights trends and strategies, and promotes exchange among companies.
On the second day of the event, October 22, Patrick Lindner (MHP) will give a presentation titled “Customer Centricity 4.0: The Path to Data-Driven Requirements Development with AI.”
The presentation will take the audience on a compact and powerful journey: It presents a big picture for data-based, AI-supported requirements development – scalable and customer-oriented. It will be demonstrated how silos can be overcome, feedback systematically integrated, and customer insights established as a strategic driver. In addition, a model will be presented that maps the steps from requirements elicitation to integration into specifications.
