MHP strengthens its Public & Defense division: Dominik Rüber joins as Partner

Ludwigsburg – Dominik Rüber joined MHP as a Partner on June 1, 2026. Drawing on his extensive experience in the defense and digitalization sectors, Rüber will drive the expansion of the Public & Defense business at MHP while strengthening its market presence and strategic partnerships. His focus includes supporting armed forces and associated government agencies with complex transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Dominik Rüber emphasizes: “Security and defense capabilities are not created by technology alone, but by its successful implementation. I look forward to helping drive the industry’s digital transformation together with our customers.”

Before joining MHP, Rüber served as Senior Vice President Defense at T-Systems. Previously, he worked as a consultant and project manager and held senior sales and business development roles with a focus on the defense sector. Since 2022, he has also served on the board of the Bitkom Defense Working Group.
