Transformation Management Today

How to Genuinely Inspire, Coordinate, and Sustain!

What do popcorn and transformation management have in common? When done right, everyone enjoys the end result! As things stand, very few companies can claim not to be in the midst of various transformation projects – whether that is “the” digital transformation, or a process or product transformation. Change is happening everywhere. And at a rapid pace. There is little time for acceptance and adaptation so it is hardly surprising that 80 percent of projects do not run as they should. Only 20 percent fully achieve the stated goal. These statistics are based on research conducted by Porsche Consulting – an MHP partner company. There are a few key reasons for why this happens: an unstructured approach to stakeholder management, resistance among employees, and a lack of knowledge. Imagine how helpful it would be to have a couple of methods in your default transformation repertoire to successfully bring these projects over the line.

To fundamentally improve the success of transformation projects, we focus on the people involved and inject a bit of fun, direction and guidance to support the change. Our tried-and-tested transformation trio helps us to do this: We support people by considering governance and organizational aspects. We inspire them through collaboration and communication. And we keep a good overview by using the appropriate project management methods.

During our MHPDeepDive “Transformation Management Today – How to Genuinely Inspire, Coordinate, and Sustain!”, we provide a detailed insight into our approach. You will also find out how enablers, enthusiasts and coordinators can make the “transformation popcorn” taste even better.

Here’s what to expect in our MHPDeepDive:

  • Everything is changing: We will explain what specific challenges are involved in transformation projects.
  • A trio for success: We will show you how to support the people involved in these projects, inspire them and keep a good overview.

Speakers:

  • Edith Kneitz, Associated Partner, Governance & Communication at MHP
  • Laura Schwedes, Manager, Transformation Management at MHP
