  • The company holds its ground in a changing IT services market that is seeing moderate growth
  • Ranking confirms the strength of MHP in key technology and transformation fields

Ludwigsburg – The management and IT consultancy MHP is once again among the ten leading IT consulting and system integration companies in 2026, placing it in the top group in the German market. This is confirmed by the latest study “The Market for IT Services in Germany” carried out by the research and consulting company Lünendonk & Hossenfelder. The Lünendonk List puts MHP in seventh place, moving the company up one place compared to last year.

A changing market

The IT service industry continues to grow moderately in Germany. According to Lünendonk, average turnover growth in 2025 was 2.9 percent. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence and rising efficiency requirements are significantly changing demand among user companies. IT modernization, cloud transformations, and SAP S/4HANA projects are especially popular at the present time.

For 2026 and 2027, CIOs are particularly prioritizing cybersecurity, IT modernization, cloud transformation, IT integration, and data and AI. More than half of the IT managers surveyed expect IT budgets to rise. The ranking achieved by MHP confirms the company’s strong position in these key future fields.

About the methodology

Every year, the research and consulting company Lünendonk & Hossenfelder compiles the Lünendonk List of “Leading IT consulting and system integration companies in Germany” on the basis of the companies’ own disclosures, which are verified, and their own sales estimates. This Lünendonk List is a ranking of the 25 leading international and German IT consulting and system integration service providers by turnover in Germany.

The ranking features companies that generate more than 60 percent of their turnover from IT and management consulting services, software development and implementation, and system integration. The list forms part of the study “The Market for IT Services in Germany,” with Lünendonk & Hossenfelder surveying more than 100 IT service providers and almost 200 IT managers from SMEs and large companies.
