Dirk Erat expands the MHP partner network

Dirk Erat joined the management and IT consultancy MHP as a new partner on April 1, 2026. He brings extensive experience in the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries, combined with a background in large-scale transformations and strategic leadership.

Most recently, he led global communications strategy and planning at Audi. Prior to that, Dirk Erat spent ten years at Airbus, where he played a key role in major transformation initiatives.
 
At MHP, Dirk Erat will drive growth in the aerospace and defense sectors, with a particular focus on the European market, which is becoming increasingly important. “What motivates me most is transformation – making a difference by combining strategy, technology, and execution in an industry of growing strategic importance,” says Erat. Inspired by the MHP vision, he sees the management and IT consultancy as the ideal environment to actively shape the digital future and achieve real, sustainable impact.
