Christian Zgardea is a new Partner at MHP

Christian Zgardea joined the circle of Partners at MHP on January 1, 2026. In his new role as Head of the Cybersecurity Cluster, he will bolster the security portfolio at the management and IT consultancy. “We bring about a better future by building trust and helping our customers to improve their resilience to cyber risks,” he stressed. 

Christian Zgardea possesses profound expertise in cybersecurity and strategic leadership and has guided companies through complex security challenges in previous management roles at Deloitte and PwC. He has overseen key cyber initiatives and devised strategies for the public sector and defense industry. Before moving into consulting, Zgardea spent more than 15 years working as a lieutenant colonel in the German Air Force and gained valuable leadership experience. 

Together with the cybersecurity team, Christian Zgardea will make sure that MHP customers get the best possible support when dealing with their digital challenges. His tasks include driving innovation in the area of security solutions and building strategic cybersecurity partnerships. By working together, he wants to create the right conditions to protect companies and enable them to succeed in a connected world.
