André Wilke expands the MHP partner network

André Wilke joined the MHP partner circle on July 1, 2026. More than six years ago, he started at MHP as a Senior Manager and Transformation Lead, taking responsibility for several client projects. Throughout a career spanning nearly three decades in international SAP consulting and strategy consulting, he has successfully led complex transformation programs across industries and regions. 

A defining chapter of his career at MHP was the establishment of the Public & Defense division, which he played a key role in shaping from the very beginning. From developing strategies and roadmaps to implementation and operational handover, André Wilke has consistently focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while building trusted, long-term partnerships.

In his new role as Partner, he looks forward to taking this impact to the next level. His focus is on expanding the SAP transformation business of MHP and the client footprint, leading larger end-to-end transformation engagements, and further strengthening the Global Delivery organization as a strategic partner.

What motivates André Wilke most, however, is empowering people. Enabling others to grow and succeed has always been one of his key driving forces.
