- The analysis confirms the real innovative strength of the management and IT consultancy
Ludwigsburg – The management and IT consultancy MHP is one of the leading consultancies with more than 1,000 employees in Germany, according to the “TOP Consultant 2026” study. The study conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute and QuantiQuest looks at consulting quality and market impact on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of data in more than 20 categories – including technology- and transformation-related fields such as digitalization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and innovation and growth. MHP has thus successfully positioned itself in a highly competitive market environment.
Federico Magno, Group CEO at MHP, believes it sends an important signal: “With AI, software-defined products, and intelligent ecosystems, a new industrial era is dawning. We help our customers to translate these developments into measurable results – and that is precisely our understanding of ‘The New Industrial.’ The award serves as confirmation that our approach is having an impact in the market.”
A dynamic market
The consulting industry is changing rapidly. AI, automation, and new customer demands are shifting roles, processes, and business models. Many consultancies are investing in AI expertise, developing their own AI agents, and increasingly automating their operations. At the same time, there is growing pressure to turn ideas into visible results more quickly.
In this environment, the consultancies that have performed particularly well are those that pick up on technological developments at an early stage and consistently adopt them in their work practices – an approach that MHP has been pursuing for years. The management and IT consultancy invests specifically in skills that are pivotal to the impending changes in the economy – from AI-driven solutions to new forms of collaboration. This investment pays off because it helps customers to take faster and more effective action.
Broad data basis
For the “TOP Consultant 2026” study, the F.A.Z. Institute and QuantiQuest analyzed more than five million text fragments, over 750,000 recommendations, and around 80,000 consulting firms. Structured information from the consultancies, customer reviews, and feedback from the German business community were also taken into consideration.
