At MHP Romania, more than 56% of us are women. Our aim is to empower women to unfold their potential, while supporting all employees individual career paths equally.
MHPEvents
We have various events that are happening around the year such as the Sommerfest, Challenge Weekend, MHPExperience! It’s pure quality time spent together giving us the opportunity to network, share ideas, celebrate, and bond.
We also organize events that promote health and wellbeing in a variety of ways. We have a winter sports event each year and summer events that involve us being active and spending time in nature. We have even our own football sponsored marathons and facilitate our employees’ participations at all the important sports events in the area.
