Jan-Friedrich Meister appointed new Partner at MHP

Inspired by the opportunity to combine entrepreneurial thinking with strategy, technology, and transformation, Jan-Friedrich Meister joined MHP in 2017. Over the years, he has supported some of the largest transformation programs in manufacturing and logistics, helping clients navigate complex change and create sustainable value. While projects and industries have evolved, one thing has remained constant: his passion for developing people, fostering partnerships, and achieving long-term success together with clients.

As a newly appointed Partner, Jan-Friedrich Meister is excited to help shape the next phase of the growth of MHP. His goal is to expand the presence of MHP beyond its current core business by combining strategy, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence to create measurable value for industrial companies.

At the same time, he sees tremendous opportunities to strengthen the management and IT consultancy’s position in emerging industries and international markets. Looking ahead, he is convinced that the future of MHP lies in its unique combination of deep industry expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and digital innovation.

What drives him most, however, is building something that endures – whether it is a trusted client relationship, a successful business, or a team in which people exceed what they thought was possible. Creating lasting impact together with others remains his greatest motivation. “At MHP, ideas matter more than hierarchies, collaboration takes precedence over individual success, and people genuinely support one another,” says Jan-Friedrich Meister. “This culture has shaped my career – and it is exactly what I want to pass on to the next generation.”
