Over the years, he has supported some of the largest transformation programs in manufacturing and logistics, helping clients navigate complex change and create sustainable value. While projects and industries have evolved, one thing has remained constant: his passion for developing people, fostering partnerships, and achieving long-term success together with clients.

As a newly appointed Partner, Jan-Friedrich Meister is excited to help shape the next phase of the growth of MHP. His goal is to expand the presence of MHP beyond its current core business by combining strategy, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence to create measurable value for industrial companies.

At the same time, he sees tremendous opportunities to strengthen the management and IT consultancy’s position in emerging industries and international markets.
