Ludwigsburg - "Enabling you to shape a better tomorrow": MHP's purpose is not just a promise to customers. It also creates the framework in which employees experience their work as meaningful. This has now been confirmed by the "Best Employers for Future Work 2023" award in the consulting, research and technology sector, which MHP received from Business Punk magazine and the research company Statista.
For the first time, the two cooperation partners systematically examined the working environment at 1,500 employer brands in Germany. To this end, they surveyed employees of the companies on the areas of "meaning/values," "workplace/technical equipment," "development/digitization," and "communication/flexibility. In addition, a social listening approach was used to collect data on reputation and generate "Future Work" KPIs based on ratings in job and career networks. The individual results produced an overall score.
