Benjamin Hirth joins MHP partner circle

On July 1, 2026, Benjamin Hirth embarked on a new chapter in his career at MHP. As a newly appointed Partner at the management and IT consultancy, he is committed to further accelerating the international growth of MHP. His goal is to strengthen the integration of MHP China into the global organization, expand cross-border business models, and establish China as an even stronger hub for innovation and growth within MHP worldwide. 

At the same time, he aims to sharpen MHP China’s local value proposition, diversify the client portfolio, and expand the presence of MHP across the entire APAC region. For Benjamin Hirth, international growth means combining global expertise with local market dynamics and building scalable, cross-border client relationships that transform projects into long-term programs. His leadership approach is based on empowering teams while aligning them with strategic priorities. “Leadership means building bridges between cultures, combining local entrepreneurial agility with global structures, and creating an environment where performance, collaboration, and long-term development go hand in hand,” says Benjamin Hirth. 

He has been with MHP since 2022. Owing to his deep roots in the Volkswagen Group ecosystem in China and several years of experience in Beijing and Shanghai, joining MHP was a natural step in his career. The combination of a strong automotive focus and an international footprint provided the ideal environment to leverage the expertise he had gained in one of the world’s most dynamic automotive markets. Since joining MHP, Benjamin Hirth has focused on business development, large-scale SAP transformation programs, as well as strategic initiatives in logistics, compliance, and operations. Over the years, he has strengthened cross-border collaboration between Europe and China and has been leading MHP China as CEO since April 2025.
