Users rate MHP a champion when it comes to managed service

• Management and IT consultancy MHP once again named among the leaders in techconsult’s Professional User Rating 2026
• Users have decided, choosing MHP as a champion in the field of Managed SAP S/4HANA
• 3,500 IT experts took part in the study

Ludwigsburg – The German research and analyst firm techconsult, a company of the Heise Group, has named the management and IT consultancy MHP a champion in the Managed Service category, and more specifically in the area of Managed SAP S/4HANA. The “Professional User Rating: IT Operations 2026” is based on the ratings of approx. 3,500 IT experts from user companies.

The Managed SAP S/4HANA segment covers the support and development of SAP S/4HANA landscapes over the entire life cycle, from the operation of the digital core to support, maintenance, and technological upgrades – based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), the HANA database, or other add-ons, for example.

Markus Wambach, Group COO at MHP, explained: These days, the digital core is a company’s operating system. If processes, data, and software do not reliably interact here, then innovation and growth are held back. About the methodology

For the “Professional User Rating: Managed Services 2026” techconsult considered 192 providers on the German market.

There are two aspects to the rating: the company rating and the service rating. With the company rating, participants assess a provider’s service portfolio as well as its support, ability to innovate, and presales performance, among other things. The service rating looks at the quality of the managed services themselves – including consulting services, im-plementation, ongoing operations, and the benefits and effectiveness of the services. Only providers who achieved particularly good ratings in both aspects were awarded the title of champion by techconsult.
