With a traineeship of at least three months we offer you the opportunity to maximize your theoretical knowledge through valuable experiences - both in the form of independent project work and through integration in day-to-day operations.

Your job location is primarily based on the respective project requirements. You generally work 4 to 5 days a week on projects directly at the customer's premises. The majority of the activities are managed remotely in the application management, thus reducing the travel time of employees considerably.
The consulting environment offers our employees flexibility in structuring the work environment in terms of time and space. In consultation with the supervisor and customer the daily planning can be managed at your own pace.
Internal events and MHP events
We consider it essential that we also expect and encourage ongoing contact, particularly with the vast amount of time spent outside the office. In formal meetings and at informal events. We also offer various training courses at every location. Quick Wins are made possible in the evening hours, and depending on availability also optionally through online participation.
MHP competency model
MHP uses its in-house developed competency model, which differentiates and describes in detail the requirements for all relevant competence and excellence criteria for all consulting levels. The competency model is the basis for all performance and potential assessments at MHP.
Despite clearly defined criteria in the competency model, there are different ways to reach the next level and eventually also become a partner. In doing so we take into account the market requirements, but also the skills and interests of our employees. Performance reviews and promotions are carried out once a year at the start of a new business year.
