New Associated Partner at MHP


Tobias Hoffmeister develops the Customer Experience area


Ludwigsburg – In February Tobias Hoffmeister moved from Accenture to MHP. As an Associated Partner, he will further expand national and international business in the Customer Experience and Retail area at MHP. Tobias Hoffmeister: "How and why customers decide on a certain vehicle has changed dramatically around the world in recent years. Today a perfect experience from the purchase to financing and utilization through to service is decisive – analog and digital. OEMs and dealers have understood that. But there are still things to be done – and MHP is the right partner."

In order to promote the Customer Experience topic for MHP and its customers in a structured manner, the business graduate draws on his many years of experience in the automotive industry, financial services, and telecommunications. The new mobility and digitalization expert also benefits from his numerous strategically aligned international projects. For instance, before changing to MHP he worked for over four years in China where most recently he looked after clients such as Accenture BMW, Daimler and VW. Tobias Hoffmeister also worked in Mexico, England, France, Belgium, and Austria.

"The move to MHP was a conscious decision", states the 37-year-old. "On the one hand, I wanted to spend more time in Germany – primarily for personal reasons. On the other hand, MHP is a company which can respond to the questions of digitalization. I want to play a part in this process."
