Are translation issues when launching or rolling out new software solutions an all too familiar problem to you?
Do you frequently encounter problems during launch projects or rollouts for new software solutions due to the fact that the various programs have not been or are only partially translated into other languages?
It is more efficient if the translation or its content directly comes from or is directly translated by the specialist department. Then ideally all that is required is the "rubber stamp" of the IT department.
The above described scenario is only possible with great difficulty in the SAP standard. Firstly, the text to be translated, i.e. all required elements, must be identified in the SAP programming. The same, of course, also applies for in-house developments as well as 3rd party software.
The issue with many of these tasks is that while they are utterly accomplishable, they unfortunately involve double entry, manual additional work and increased coordination and thus result in reduced efficiency and unnecessary costs.
