Implement automated preventive repairs before damage occurs

The increasing networking of devices and machines provides a new, effective option for communication and interaction. Sometimes also between machines and devices. By means of sensors, for example, any measurements can be implemented and automatically processed on devices in real time. The data provided by the system can be used intelligently in diverse reports or for a preventive service. In our MHPDeepDive "Predictive Service on the Basis of IoT", we will show you a simple way of how a fully automated preventive repair process can be initiated, planned and implemented. In future, you will thus be able to implement preventive repairs at your customers before damage to machines or injury to persons occurs.

This MHPDeepDive will be concerned with the following themes, among others:

  • Collect user data by means of sensors and analyze them in an intelligent way
  • Generate an automated fault message if threshold values are exceeded
  • Increase automation of service processes and/or degree of automation
  • Increase customer loyalty by means of excellent service
  • Carry out preventive repairs before major damage can occur
