Companies have, since 2002, been obliged by law to archive their tax relevant, electronically exchanged business documents (EDI documents) according to the same specifications that apply for hard copy communication.
The MHP AddOn saves the electronic business documents in a joint archive in which your scanned documents are also saved and thus fulfills not only the legal requirements but also saves you money due to the omission of paper and manual handling.
