Customer-supplier integration in the complaint process via QDX and the add-on CCX

The VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) specifications stipulate customer-supplier integration in the complaint process via QDX and the 8D report. The MHP add-on Complaint Cockpit supports the integrated complaint process between customers and suppliers. In this connection, the acquisition and administration of complaint-relevant data serves to increase the data quality and thus a target-oriented and measurable control of the improvement process. The Complaint Cockpit Xtension offers users a way to optimally process complaints.
