MHP will attend the Marketing Innovation Day and contribute a presentation
In their presentation, Dr. Oliver Kelkar and Fabian Kehle will show how, by means of virtual reality, Marketing 4.0 is changing the customer journey: By means of virtual reality, the customers can enter the showroom of the future in order to experience cars directly and also to buy them. In this way, in future the showroom will come to the customer. In addition, the presentation will show how the games and consumer goods industry is fundamentally changing the customer journey.
