Integration of complaint data from customer portals into the SAP system
Data available that may develop enormous potential. Precondition: The companies succeed in systematically integrating and maintaining the data transparently.
This applies, for example, for complaints on the level of OEM and the supplier. Using the communication standard of the MHP Complaint Management and an interface of our cooperation partner Periscope, it is possible to integrate complaints communicated via customer portals into a uniform system. Using the Complaint Management system, these complaints can be analyzed in a standardized form and passed on to internal (inter-company) and external originators (suppliers).
In ourMHPPitstop „Integrated complaint management with MHP“, we will present the end-to-end solution for complaint management with standardized, bi-directional communication.
This MHPpitstop will be concerned with the following themes, among others:
