MHP will be represented at this year's German Informatics Society (GI) Annual Conference with an expert talk on the topic big data.
The German Informatics Society (GI) Annual Conference 2014 will take place under the motto "Big Data - Mastering Complexity" as part of the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) Science Year 2014.
The term "big data" characterizes the arising data flood and the huge challenges that we are facing in many areas with regard to mastering this: In the Internet, in the communication sector, in the simulation of crash tests or in market research. Basically in almost all sectors in which informatics has helped bring about new functions.
Our expert Dr. Hagen Radowski, partner at MHP, will report at the "Tag der Wirtschaft" (economic conference) on how the complexity associated with big data can be successfully dealt with – from personal experience.
Beyond the challenges that big data brings with it, the root of many of the current problems in the IT industry can be found in the increasing complexity of the applications. Keywords, such as Cloud Computing, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Smart Enterprise or also Smart Mobility give us a glimpse of a future in which a "system intelligence" will arise via the interaction of many hardware and software components. The prerequisite is, however, that we can successfully master the arising complexity of these systems.
