Future-oriented organizations – how it works

The world is changing fast, new technologies are constantly becoming available, macro- and micro-economic factors are having to be taken into account when important decisions are made. For companies, a decisive question must be asked: How can they as organizations deal with these challenges and how can they develop further in a sustainable way?
