Next Level of Robotic Process Automation

In the course of digitalization, many companies have already recognized the added value of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and use software robots as automation solutions. Here, the focus is increasingly on rule-based, standardized and frequently repeated processes. However, the possibilities for use of RPA are varied, and in combination with communication channels can generate completely new use cases. A well-known example is chatbots.

In our MHPDeepDive "Cognitive Automation - Combining ChatBot and RPA", we will highlight the possibilities offered by combining RPA and chatbots in order to expand the spectrum of automated processes. We will present a concrete use case that we are currently implementing with our tech partner.
