Making lasting changes
Changes happen - whether we want them or not. Companies can endure the changes passively. Or they can become active shapers of change and provide important impetus. For this purpose, an awareness of their own identity, a vision and the power of implementation are required. And precisely with regard to implementation, the people who are directly affected by the changes play the decisive role. They can be the greatest obstacle or the most effective enablers.
With most projects, however, people are left out of consideration. Although a little information may be provided, an integrated change management process that goes beyond mere communication and involves people is the exception.
