Optimized complaint processing for customer/supplier integration with QDX

The standard as per VDA specifications: Customer/supplier integration in the complaint process with QDX and 8D Report. The MHP add-on Complaint Cockpit supports the integrated complaint process for customers and customer portals, as well as for suppliers. The Complaint Cockpit Extension (CCX) focuses the complaint processing on the basis of 8D methodology, offers automated document management by Drag&Drop and fully integrated costs management.
