How a global CRM system increases transparency and margins

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are an integral part of today's companies because they provide important data and information. In our MHPDeepDive "Forty countries and ONE view of the customer", we show you how such a complex system can be implemented successfully in 40 countries. Using a concrete example of a German industrial company, we describe how the introduction of a CRM system can be realized not only quickly, but also with a high level of acceptance and measurable success. The combination of a standard solution such as SAP C/4HANA and the industry-specific expertise of our consultants is considered an essential success factor for the implementation of such a global solution.
