For the fourth time in a row, the management and IT consultancy MHP receives the award as one of the most popular employers in Germany. This year, MHP takes fourth place in the Glassdoor ranking, making it one of the top five employers. The annual ranking is based on feedback from employees over the past twelve months, which they were able to submit voluntarily and anonymously on the job and career platform Glassdoor. MHP employees gave the Porsche subsidiary an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars.
They were able to rate MHP in the categories of career opportunities, remuneration and benefits, culture and values, work-life balance and management. Their recommendations and business forecasts for the next six months were also taken into account in the assessment.
