Through the symbiosis of process and IT consulting (process supplier) and as a subsidiary of Porsche, Mieschke Hofmann und Partner (MHP) is the leading German process and IT consulting firm in the automotive market. We have witness continuous growth since the company was founded in May 1996. More than 900 employees located in our offices in Ludwigsburg (2), Munich, Nuremberg, Essen, Wolfsburg, Berlin, Zurich/Regensdorf (Switzerland), Atlanta (USA) and Shanghai (China) support in excess of 250 clients worldwide. And we intend to grow further.
Our turbocharger: a strong partnerschaft with Porsche AG
In January 1999 Porsche AG acquired a 49% stake in our company. MHP became a Porsche Services Company. In March 2002 Porsche AG increased its stake to 51% and with immediate effect MHP became a subsidiary of Porsche AG. In June 2003 Porsche AG raised its investment to 74.8% and in 2011 to 81,8%. A clear commitment, proof that in terms of strategy and operations our company is on the right road to a successful future.

With our approach to consulting – the symbiosis of process and IT consulting - and as a sector-oriented process and IT consulting expert we provide over 250 renowned clients not only with comprehensive IT expertise but also in-depth process know-how, making us the process supplier.
